Cloud Data Engineer (m/f/d)

PAYBACK is a pioneer in data-based marketing. As a Cloud Data Engineer, you will develop and operate cloud services, design data products, and work in cross-functional agile teams.

• Development and operation of cloud services
• Analyze, understand and accompany requirements from idea to end-of-life (DataOps)
• Contribute to solution design including development, testing and documentation
• Carry out analyses and research to solve complex business problems
• Work as a member of cross-functional agile team with internal stakeholders to develop data products and KPIs using existing data assets

• Several years of professional experience as a data engineer or similar
• Clean programmer with agile mindset
• DataOps experience
• Solid knowledge of Google Cloud Services and Terraform
• Experience with Python (Poetry, Pydantic, Google Python APIs, etc.)
• Experience dealing with mass data
• High quality awareness and trustworthiness
• Interest in new technologies
• Ability to work independently in an agile cross-functional team
• Nice to have: Spark, Oracle PL/SQL, Airflow, Jenkins, OpenShift, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Java, Kafka
