Gen AI Developer

At Capgemini Invent, we are seeking a Gen AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art foundation models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation tailored to client challenges.

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art foundation models
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and other generative models for industry-specific applications
• Implement GenAI-driven applications, integrating NLP, image generation, and multimodal AI technologies
• Work with cloud platforms and distributed computing tools to build scalable AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into AI-powered innovations
• Participate in research and development initiatives to stay ahead in the evolving GenAI landscape

• Passion for Generative AI and innovation, with hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications
• At least 1.5 year of experience in AI/ML
• Expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision models
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices
• Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills (English is a must, German or Polish are a plus)
