Full-Stack Engineer

Sift is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer for their Atlas Continuous Engineering team. The role involves building and delivering customer-facing features across frontend and backend, working closely with Customer Success and Product.

• Build and deliver customer-facing features end to end, across both the frontend and the backend.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product to turn customer requests and bug reports into delivered features.
• Work across different areas of various product and technology areas, including Payments, Account Takeover, Dispute Management, Console, Workflows, and the API.
• Contribute to backend services in the stack (Ruby on Rails, Java, and others).
• Help maintain tooling and engineering practices for reliable delivery.

• 3+ years building React applications (React, React Query, React Router), with familiarity with Jest and Cypress.
• At least one year of backend experience in any language.
• A focus on customers and delivering results.
• Comfort moving between different products and codebases.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• A degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
