Software Engineer

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM, designing AI agents for sales. The role involves building AI features across multiple vertical products (AI Dialer, AI Prospecting, AI Sequencing, Agent Studio) used by over 1,500 customers.

• Build AI features that drive revenue, end to end
• Work directly with customers on shared Slack channels and calls
• Make foundational technical decisions (agent memory, long-running strategy primitives)
• Mentor others through code reviews and design reviews

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python
• Production experience with AI features (debugging misbehaving agents, building evals)
• Strong opinions about human-agent collaboration product surface
• Willingness to interact with customers
• Learn fast and ask good questions
• Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week
