Capco Poland offers an accelerated development program for early-career professionals or career changers to build consulting skills and foundational knowledge of capital markets, with two career paths: Capital Markets Technology Analyst – Front Office Track and Murex Reporting Analyst.

• 1-2 years in Capital Markets operations, trading support, middle office, or investment funds
• Understanding of FO concepts: pricing, market data, P&L, Greeks (nice to have)
• Familiarity with derivatives or structured products - a strong plus
• Technical curiosity (SQL / Excel / XML a bonus)
