Full Stack Developer

A Full Stack Developer designs, develops, and maintains both front-end and back-end components of web and software applications. They build scalable, user-friendly solutions by working across the entire technology stack, from user interfaces and APIs to databases and server infrastructure.

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

• 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• 7 years of experience developing web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common modern stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
• Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be very detail oriented, possess excellent follow-through, and can multi-task
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions
• Excellent proficiency in English communication – Read, write, speak fluently in English
