Senior Fullstack Engineer

• Design, build, and own full-stack features end-to-end across patient, clinician, and operational products
• Partner closely with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software
• Write thoughtful, scalable code that balances speed of execution with long-term maintainability
• Contribute to architecture decisions and raise the bar for code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Review code, participate in technical discussions, and help teammates level up
• Use AI coding tools every day to multiply output and help the team adopt better workflows

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale
• Strong hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack (Django/DRF and React/Next.js or equivalent)
• Seasoned at system design: able to take ambiguous product problems and produce clean, pragmatic architecture
• Solid command of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and similar)
• Good mentorship instincts through code review and pairing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive ownership mindset; advocate for automated testing, CI, and high code quality
• Low-ego, curious, humble
