Software Developer (Junior/Medior)

For an innovative client in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a curious Software Developer who wants to work with modern technologies and develop within IoT, embedded software, and smart mobility solutions. The company develops end-to-end solutions for smart parking and digital signage. The role involves working with Haskell, NixOS, and maintaining the existing platform, with opportunities to contribute to embedded software, computer vision, or mobile apps.

• Getting up to speed and contributing to the platform
• Taking responsibility and broadening skills
• Focusing on Haskell, NixOS, and maintaining the existing platform
• Handling network communication like SSH, IPsec, DNS, WireGuard for managing networks

• Interest or experience in functional programming
• Curious attitude and interest in new technologies
• Enjoys working in an environment with influence on process
• Affinity with embedded systems or computer vision is a plus
• Professional experience as a developer is nice but not required
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Able to be at the office in Nieuwegein two or more days per week

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month
