AI Quality Lead for AI-First Insurance Product (German C1+)

AI-first insurance venture backed by AXA, building a fully AI-driven B2C insurance flow. Seeking an AI Quality Lead to own testing strategy for AI/LLM products, organizing test sets and managing a pool of freelance testers.

• Own the AI testing strategy: what gets tested, why, and to what depth
• Organize test sets across many parallel variations (often 50 at once)
• Review and mark AI outputs, and define how manual testers evaluate them
• Brief and distribute work to the freelance tester pool

• German at C1 level or higher (hard requirement)
• AI-native: you work with tools like Claude Code every day and understand how LLM products behave and fail
• Startup experience
• Experience organizing people and distributing work
• Strong self-organization across parallel tracks and constant change
• You own every conclusion you present, AI-assisted or not, and can explain it in a few sentences
• Semi-technical is enough; technical depth is a plus

• Long-term and remote
• Full-time preferred; part-time possible with a reduced scope
• In or close to CET working hours
• Startup environment with no corporate loops
