Full-Stack Developer

NovaCore builds smart digital solutions with pixel-perfect UX and reliable engineering foundations. They are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who writes clean, maintainable code and is confident working across both frontend and backend parts of the stack. The role involves developing and maintaining full-stack web solutions using React and Node.js.

• Develop and maintain full-stack web solutions using React and Node.js
• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and backend APIs
• Implement new features across both client and server layers
• Collaborate closely with NovaCore’s engineering team to deliver clean and reliable solutions
• Review and optimize code for performance, readability, and maintainability
• Integrate external services, APIs, and business workflows when needed
• Research and resolve issues using official documentation and trusted technical resources
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress proactively
• Keep client/company tracking systems and repositories up to date

• 2+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Express.js in production-level projects
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and server-client data flow
• Experience with Redux, React Query, or Context API for state management
• Practical skills in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive UI development
• Understanding of database design and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Experience working with ORM/ODM tools such as Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, or similar
• English level — B1+ for technical communication and documentation
• Nice to have: Experience with Next.js and SSR/SSG approaches
• Nice to have: Familiarity with GraphQL and third-party API integrations
• Nice to have: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployments
• Nice to have: Understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture principles
• Nice to have: Ability to debug performance bottlenecks on both frontend and backend
• Nice to have: Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar
• Nice to have: Familiarity with WebSockets, background jobs, or real-time features
