Staff Full-stack Product Engineer (Prague/Brno/Remote EU)

We are hiring a Staff Engineer to own the architectural layer making AI-first product features real. You'll ship code, set technical direction, and shape decisions end-to-end with engineers, PMs, and designers.

• Defining and owning the architectural layer for AI-first product features
• Shipping code, setting technical direction, and making decisions about what to build
• End-to-end ownership of outcomes, paths, decisions, and learnings
• Writing one-page pre-reads covering problems, expected outcomes, risks, and effort
• Continuous delivery with no quarterly planning, shipping to internal first, then beta, then GA
• Prototyping and shipping alongside engineers, PMs, and designers

• 6-10+ years of production software engineering experience
• Strong backend skills in Python, Kotlin, or Java
• Hands-on LLM experience in real products: prompt design, context management, evaluation
• Comfort with distributed systems and event-driven architectures (queues, async processing, service-to-service communication)
• Daily use of AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow
