Business Data Analyst

MODUS X, an Ukrainian IT company with 800+ specialists, seeks an experienced Data Business Analyst to join their data management team. The role involves analyzing client requirements, collaborating with the technical team, and ensuring delivery of data-driven solutions for business transformation.

• Communication with clients regarding potential or planned cases/projects
• Requirements analysis and formulation of TOR, interaction with technical team
• Agreeing requirements with clients
• Participating in source analysis, agreeing on analysis results with clients
• Determining directions and timelines with technical team
• Tracking development timelines, communicating with developers
• Verifying results independently and with developers
• Delivering solutions to clients, interpreting results
• Communicating about feedback with clients
• Maintaining case documentation
• Participating in strategy formation for company data management development

• 4+ years of experience working with data
• SQL - mandatory
• Python, Power BI - desirable
• Knowledge of SAP line - an advantage
• Experience with business analysis and understanding of teamwork in creating analytical solutions
• Knowledge of data tools (DWH, Data Lake, Data LakeHouse, ETL, BI, Big Data, IIoT, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI)
• English - Intermediate+
• Ukrainian - fluent
• Higher education (technical, applied mathematics, physics, computer science, cybernetics, economic cybernetics)
