Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a JavaScript / TypeScript Full-Stack Developer to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise
• Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development
• Experience with Node.js for backend development
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code
