Blender Artist – Royal Match

We are looking for a talented Blender Artist to create high-quality video advertisements for Royal Match. The role involves managing the entire 3D production pipeline from scene setup to final delivery, producing engaging mobile game video ads with strong character animation and compositing in After Effects.

• Create high-quality video ads for Royal Match using Blender.
• Own the entire 3D production pipeline, from scene setup through final rendering.
• Animate Royal Match-style characters, gameplay interactions, and environmental elements.
• Build engaging gameplay scenes, puzzle sequences, and in-game visual moments.
• Composite, edit, and polish final videos using Adobe After Effects.
• Work from creative briefs, references, and feedback to deliver compelling marketing creatives.
• Maintain exceptional visual quality while meeting tight production deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Producers and the art team throughout production.
• Proactively communicate progress, identify blockers, and suggest creative improvements.

• Advanced proficiency in Blender (required).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects for compositing, editing, and final video polish.
• Experience creating creatives for the mobile gaming industry.
• Ability to independently manage the full creative production pipeline.
• Strong character animation and motion design skills.
• Experience creating gameplay sequences and cinematic camera animations.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Nice to Have: Experience creating marketing creatives for puzzle or casual mobile games.
• Familiarity with Royal Match or similar Match-3 titles.
• Experience working in performance marketing or user acquisition creative production.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows to accelerate production.
• Experience with Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
