Senior Business Analyst (Business Continuity & Crisis Management)

DCG is a recruitment company seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Business Continuity and Crisis Management. The role involves designing and facilitating desktop testing exercises for banking operations, managing exercise logistics, and collaborating with crisis management teams.

• Design and plan desktop testing exercises aligned with Collaboration and Communication Services (CCS) objectives and regulatory expectations for banking operations
• Develop realistic, MVB-grounded scenarios to stress-test manual recovery procedures and interdependencies across business functions
• Facilitate and host exercising workshops with stakeholders across business units and support functions to validate crisis plans and identify operational gaps
• Manage exercise logistics and coordination, including participant engagement, scheduling, documentation, real-time facilitation, and team coordination
• Develop exercise materials, participant guides, and facilitator notes to support repeatable and high-quality recovery exercises
• Track and manage action items from testing exercises and coordinate follow-up activities
• Provide updates on testing outcomes and action plans to senior leadership and programme governance
• Document findings, observations, gaps, recommendations, and improvement opportunities for Collaboration and Communication Services
• Collaborate with business continuity and crisis management teams to align recovery plans, crisis response protocols, and business continuity strategies

• Proven experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related disciplines, including 3-5 years of overall experience and 1-2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning
• Hands-on expertise in designing and executing testing exercises, including desktop exercises
• Demonstrated experience within the Financial Services Industry (banking, insurance, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of technology dependencies and operating models within large financial organizations
• Proven expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership, manage differing perspectives, and drive productive discussions
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on exercise objectives and outcomes
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
