Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer role at Jampacked Agency, focused on email campaign design in Klaviyo, with additional ad creative work. The role is hybrid in Sydney, with options for full-time or part-time.

• Design and build email campaigns and flows directly in Klaviyo, from drag-and-drop template edits to custom HTML blocks
• Pitch in on ad creative, static and light motion, for paid social and display when needed
• Translate brand guidelines and campaign calendars into on-brand designs built to convert
• Maintain and evolve templates and design systems for each client, keeping every send consistent
• Keep an eye on deliverability and rendering across every inbox and device
• Work closely with copywriters, account managers and the email strategist to hit every deadline

• You live in Klaviyo - building and designing inside the platform is second nature
• Strong graphic design instincts backed by real email marketing experience
• Comfortable moving between Figma, Canva and the Adobe suite
• Agency or freelance experience handling multiple clients and brands under fast turnarounds
• Good eye for typography, layout and brand consistency
• Some HTML/CSS experience would be highly advantageous
• Take feedback well and iterate quickly
• Can hold several accounts at once without dropping quality
