Full Stack Engineer

Omber is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and ship features across the entire product stack, working on database schema design to user-facing interfaces.

• Design, build, and maintain features across the frontend and backend
• Develop and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Model data and write efficient queries against relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Partner with design to build responsive, accessible user interfaces
• Improve system performance, reliability, and observability
• Contribute to technical planning, architecture decisions, and CI/CD workflows
• Debug and resolve production issues end to end

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Svelte) and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Strong backend experience in at least one of Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or Ruby
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling
• Experience with Git, code review, and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)
• Background in testing strategy (unit, integration, end-to-end) (nice to have)
• Exposure to event-driven architectures, queues, or streaming systems (nice to have)
• Contributions to open source or side projects (nice to have)
