Fullstack Developer

The role is a Fullstack Developer position building end-to-end solutions with both frontend and backend responsibilities, using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks in an agile team environment.

• Develop end-to-end solutions that deliver real value for customers
• Actively contribute to the design of microservices and modern software architectures
• Implement responsive, accessible, and user-centric web UIs using frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
• Develop and operate performant backend services with Java or Kotlin, utilizing Spring Boot
• Ensure high software quality through automated tests and clean code principles
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, and other developers in agile teams

• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks
• Ability to think beyond code, actively contributing to architecture and microservice concepts
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) including data modeling
• Enthusiasm for developing modern and accessible UIs using tools and frameworks like Tailwind, MUI, or PrimeNG
• Proficient in agile environments, experienced with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
• C1/C2 German language skills and B2 English language skills
