Senior Developer

Experience Fruit Quality is looking for a Senior Developer to work on their SaaS platform 'EYE on Fruit'. You will work end-to-end on the platform, developing new functionalities in Python, FastAPI, and React, and collaborating closely with data scientists to translate their models into practical product features.

• Develop new functionalities in Python, FastAPI, and React
• Improve architecture and scalability of EYE on Fruit
• Work with Azure and contribute to infrastructure
• Translate data science models into working product functionality
• Think about technical choices and take ownership
• Communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues about developments

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience as a developer
• Good knowledge of Python and FastAPI for backend development
• Experience with React for frontend development
• Familiarity with Azure or a similar cloud platform
• Full stack mindset with a strong focus on backend
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work
• Affinity with data science environments and translating models into product
• Interest in automation and smart use of AI tools
• HBO level of work and thinking, good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Experience with SaaS products is a plus, not a strict requirement
