Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance server-side applications for our clients across various industries.

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents using LLMs and modern frameworks
• Implement multi-agent systems for complex problem-solving
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Integrate AI agents with external tools, APIs, and databases
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance
• Stay current with latest AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques

• 3+ years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
