Member of Technical Staff

We're looking for a Product Engineer to own end-to-end development of Lucidic's optimization platform, building intuitive interfaces that help enterprise teams measure, improve, and deploy their AI agents with confidence.

• Build and maintain the Lucidic dashboard and optimization workflows
• Design and implement APIs that power our optimization platform
• Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and translate needs into product features
• Collaborate with the research team to surface optimization insights through compelling visualizations
• Own features from conception through deployment and iteration
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and best practices

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (React/TypeScript frontend, Python/Node backend)
• Experience building data-intensive applications with complex visualizations
• Track record of shipping products that users love
• Strong product intuition and ability to make tradeoffs independently
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy
• Experience with ML/AI products or developer tools (nice to have)
• Background in data visualization or analytics platforms (nice to have)
• Experience at early-stage startups (nice to have)
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering (nice to have)
