Frontend Product Engineer (Antwerp or London, £80-120k, Equity)

Conveo is a YC-backed AI research platform that helps brands like Unilever and Google conduct fast, affordable consumer research. They are seeking a Senior Frontend Product Engineer to own the user interface end-to-end, working in React and TypeScript, with direct customer involvement and AI-driven development.

• Own the interface, end to end
• Build the interface customers open every day and can't imagine working without
• Be the engineering voice in every customer conversation
• Use AI throughout - reach for agentic solutions first and help raise the bar for how the whole team works

• 6+ years of experience building production frontend applications with TypeScript
• Deep frontend expertise with React — component architecture, state management, performance, and accessibility
• Comfortable enough with APIs and backend basics to ship end-to-end when needed
• Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering, working with LLM APIs, and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus)
• Can independently lead projects from concept to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail
• A collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team
• Experience with React Router v7 or Remix (bonus)
• Design sensibility — you care about interaction detail, motion, and polish, not just functionality (bonus)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP), background jobs, or PostgreSQL (bonus)
• Experience at a small, fast-moving SaaS company where you've been client-facing (bonus)
• Exposure to market research or qualitative research tooling (bonus)
• You've shipped agentic AI systems to production and can speak to failure modes, evaluations, and tool design (bonus)
