Tech Lead - Solutions Squad

Pelico helps factories like Safran and Airbus stay agile with a manufacturing intelligence platform. As Tech Lead for a Solution Squad, you will own a solution surface end-to-end, ship customer-facing workflows, and lead by example in the code.

• Ship the surface. Compose configuration, compute, widgets, connectors, and agents into customer-facing workflows
• Stay configuration-first. Solve in Phoenix YAML wherever you can, reach for code only when it's worth it
• Set the bar. Author specs, run the spec-driven workflow, and put eval and review gates on anything AI-assisted
• Harvest the field. Spot patterns across accounts and turn them into platform capabilities
• Lead by example. Write the code, pair with your squad, raise the bar, and grow the team

• A track record of shipping customer-facing product software end to end, full-stack, under real delivery pressure
• Strong, current hands-on coding — we build in Kotlin / Java 25 (backend) and TypeScript / React (frontend); strong in one and credible across, or a fast learner
• Product and customer judgment — scope to outcomes, cut to MVP under deadline, decide what not to build
• A configuration-first, anti-bespoke instinct — you build for many customers, not one fork at a time
• A track record of leading engineers by example, not by leaving the keyboard

• A real ownership mandate over a customer-facing surface, with equity in a category-defining scale-up
