Frontend Developer

Join the core platform team to build, scale, and maintain a firm-wide React component library. The role involves shipping production UI code, ensuring WCAG compliance, and pioneering AI-driven workflows using Claude Code to accelerate frontend development.

• Build and maintain reusable UI components, theming layers, and build tooling.
• Collaborate with design teams to enforce design system consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and performance.
• Develop and optimize AI-agent skills and workflows to automate UI development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React
• TypeScript
• CSS-in-JS/Sass
• Proven track record building enterprise design systems or shared component libraries.
• Solid grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) and UI testing (RTL, Cypress).
• Practical experience using agentic coding CLIs (Claude Code or similar) on large codebases.
