Developer (Lead React / Containerized Applications)

We are looking for a Lead React Developer with expertise in containerized application management to join our team in Warsaw. The role involves developing frontend applications with React/Redux Toolkit, managing deployments using Docker/Kubernetes, and leading CI/CD processes.

• Core technical expertise in React.js fundamentals, including components, custom hooks, and lifecycle methods
• Hands-on experience with modern state management libraries, specifically Redux Toolkit
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools, bundlers, and pipelines (e.g., Vite)
• Hands-on experience managing and deploying containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift/ECS
• Strong relational database expertise, including data model design, SQL, and performance optimization
• Practical experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, Harness, ROD, LightSpeed)
• Deep focus on code quality, including driving high code coverage, conducting thorough peer code reviews, and using SonarQube for static analysis and vulnerability analysis (VA) fixes
• Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative git workflows using Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide developers and elevate engineering standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and active experience in Agile/Scrum delivery processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, task estimation)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
