Senior Data Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join an international e-invoicing project. The role involves developing data pipelines using Databricks Apps and Delta Lake, integrating external APIs, and creating user interfaces with React.js or Streamlit. This is a remote position open to candidates from Poland and Ukraine.

• Designing and implementing data pipelines using Databricks Apps and Delta Lake
• Developing backend logic in Python for routing and validation of invoices
• Integrating external APIs for content retrieval and processing
• Creating user interfaces with React.js or Streamlit within Databricks Apps
• Ensuring code quality through unit and integration testing
• Managing version control and CI/CD processes using Git
• Monitoring and logging application performance and errors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the solution's capabilities

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data engineering or software development
• Deep expertise in Databricks, including Apps, Workflows, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
• Strong command of Python for backend logic, routing, and API integration
• Practical experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0
• Proficiency in frontend development using React.js or Streamlit
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD practices
• Advanced level of English
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required
