Product Engineer

Base360.ai is the AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. We're looking for a Product Engineer to build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, and AI-powered workflows across the full stack. You'll work closely with founders and operators to solve real problems.

• Strong experience building and shipping production software
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture
• A product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature
• Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs
• Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical, working solution
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes
