Senior Full-stack Developer (Java + React)

Senior Full-stack Developer position at Jit Team, working with Java, Spring Boot, and React. The role involves developing microservices and REST APIs, with a hybrid work model in Poznań.

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software development in: Java, Spring Boot and React
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture
• Excellent frontend skills: proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React is highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
• Experience in package and deploy applications using Docker
• Eagerness to explore and implement Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities
• Nice to have: Experience in cloud solutions
• Nice to have: Experience with event-driven architectures, including Kafka and messaging solutions such as RabbitMQ
