Mid Full-stack Developer (Java + React)

Mid Full-stack Developer role at Jit Team, working with Java and React in a hybrid setup from Poznań. The company offers flexible work and an international environment.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software development in: Java, Spring Boot and React
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture
• Excellent frontend skills: proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React is highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
• Experience in package and deploy applications using Docker
• Eagerness to explore and implement Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities
• Experience in cloud solutions (nice to have)
• Experience with event-driven architectures, including Kafka and messaging solutions such as RabbitMQ (nice to have)
