• Salary: Up to QAR 25,000 per month
• Health Insurance: Medical insurance coverage for the employee, spouse, and up to 2 children.
• Annual Air Ticket Allowance: USD 435 per person per year for the employee, spouse, and up to 2 children.
• Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship provided for the employee, spouse, and up to 2 children.
• Annual Leave: 21 days of annual leave per financial year, with the financial year running from April to March.
• Sick Leave: 2 weeks at 100% pay, 4 weeks at 50% pay, 6 weeks unpaid
• Maternity Leave: 14 weeks of maternity leave.
• Joining Kit: USD 100 joining allowance per joiner.
