medior software backend developer

The police is looking for a backend developer who will work with a state-of-the-art data platform to provide up-to-date information and intelligence for police operations. This role involves software development for operational purposes, contributing to investigations, and working within an agile team to enhance data-driven practices.

• HBO (bachelor) work and thinking level, preferably with a technical specialization
• Knowledge and experience with multiple programming languages
• Experience with a strongly typed language, working on the Linux command line, with one or more database engines, and developing APIs
• Experience with Docker/Podman, Git, and preferably with C#, Python, Django/FastAPI, and Celery
• Good knowledge of both Dutch and English in spoken and written form

• A gross monthly salary of at least € 3.661,- and up to € 5.767,- based on a 36-hour workweek
• An Individual Choice Budget (IKB) consisting of a gross part of 17.86% of your salary and a net part of € 515.91 per year
