Develop highly interactive frontend solutions that directly address complex enterprise challenges.
Engage closely with customer teams to deeply understand their strategic and operational needs, translating these into user-centric, data-rich experiences.
Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions, continuously refining features based on direct user feedback.
Ensure solutions are robust, performant, and seamlessly integrated into customer workflows related to strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance analytics.
Serve as an embedded technical partner, clearly articulating technical capabilities, constraints, and opportunities to stakeholders across various organizational levels.
Collaborate proactively with Dotwork’s internal product, engineering, and field teams to inform the broader product roadmap and keep a tight feedback loop.

Deep proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and contemporary frontend development paradigms.
Passionate about leveraging AI-driven tools and environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code or equivalent) to enhance productivity and solution quality.
Driven by a genuine interest in transforming organizational efficiency, strategy execution, and decision-making through technology.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work directly and effectively with diverse customer teams.
Proven capability in rapidly understanding, prototyping, and iterating solutions in response to real-world business problems.
