FullStack Engineer (Node, React)

MWDN is a global IT outstaffing company seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a client in AdTech/Digital Product Distribution. The role involves developing web applications across frontend and backend with a focus on frontend (60/40), using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python. The position offers opportunities to work on international products with flexible hours and professional development.

• Develop and improve web applications across both frontend and backend, with a stronger focus on frontend development (approximately 60/40).
• Build and maintain user-facing features, dashboards, and backend services.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable technical solutions to product and business needs.
• Collaborate with other engineers and team members to deliver features and continuously improve the platform.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing functionality, and maintain high code quality.
• Work with cloud-based infrastructure and contribute to the scalability and reliability of the platform.
• Research new approaches and technologies when needed and independently find solutions to technical challenges.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement of the product.

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development or equivalent.
• Experience with frontend frameworks - React.JS
• Experience with Typescript / Node.js / Python, implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend components and design libraries Tailwind / shadcn
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiar with system architecture, design principles, scalable infrastructure and scalable system design.
• Learning and applying cloud-native development patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub, Bitbucket for version control.
• Knowledge of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)
• Independence in uncertainty - you're not expected to know everything coming in, but you should be able to become an expert in what you're working on.
