Full Stack Engineer (Python / React / Web3 / відрядження за кордоном)

GT Protocol is building an AI-first engineering culture for an AI-powered trading and investment platform serving thousands of users across Web3, CeFi, and DeFi ecosystems. The role combines backend development, frontend development, AI integrations, trading infrastructure, blockchain analytics, and real-time systems.

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of a sophisticated AI-powered trading platform serving thousands of users worldwide
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Build modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Integrate centralized and decentralized exchanges, blockchain networks, and third-party APIs
• Design and implement real-time systems using WebSockets, Socket.IO, asyncio, and event-driven architectures
• Develop AI-powered features, portfolio analytics, trading automation, and market intelligence tools
• Build and maintain Telegram-based products and AI assistants
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, and other Developers
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous platform improvements
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all platform components

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience
• Experience building production-grade web applications and APIs
• Experience working with cryptocurrency, trading, fintech, Web3, or blockchain products
• Experience working in distributed remote teams
• Strong Python knowledge, FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp, websockets, SQLAlchemy 2.x (async), PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• JavaScript, TypeScript, React 18+, Next.js, Redux / Redux-Saga, Tailwind CSS
• Docker, Docker Swarm, Linux, Git
• JWT, RBAC, bcrypt, OTP authentication flows
• aiogram 3, CCXT, web3.py, Solana SDK, Alchemy, CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal APIs
• Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Windsurf, or similar
• Experience integrating external APIs
• Understanding of scalable distributed systems
• Experience with real-time applications
