Python AI Developer

Bookimed is an international medical tourism platform. They are looking for a Python AI Developer to automate content creation and data processing using LLMs. The role involves building AI agents, RAG systems, and ETL processes.

• Create AI agents & workflows: Automating generation, optimization, and verification of content, among other tasks.
• Build RAG systems: Ensuring our AI solutions are based on up-to-date medical data and Bookimed expertise.
• Develop ETL processes: Data parsing, processing large arrays of information, and integration via API.
• Rapid Prototyping: Transforming ideas from the SEO team into working tools (from idea to MVP in 2–3 days).
• Scaling: Moving successful experiments into stable production.

• You use Python as main language: Fast, clean, and without unnecessary complications.
• 4+ years of commercial experience, 2+ with LLMs
• You have a 'Bias to Action': You are a pragmatist who prefers a working solution 'today' over an ideal architectural masterpiece 'in a month.'
• Experienced with LLMs: You understand the difference between models, are skilled in Prompt Engineering, and know how RAG works in practice.
• API Master: REST, rate limits, error handling — this is your daily toolkit.
• Independent: You can figure out the documentation for a new library and implement it in an evening.
• Will be a plus: Understanding of SEO principles (or readiness to dive in quickly).
• Experience working with large volumes of data (millions of rows).
• Understanding of basic statistics (A/B tests).
