Senior AI Software Engineer (all genders) in Hamburg

• Design and develop innovative AI projects that solve complex problems.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI applications—from evaluation and conception to development and production.
• Follow standard software development practices (version control, testing, DevOps), program conversational user interfaces, and provide APIs for integration.
• Identify and evaluate new AI use cases and integrate them into existing business processes.
• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to develop and scale AI solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, accuracy, and security.

• At least five years of experience in software development and practical experience in generative AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, and experience with REST APIs and databases.
• Understanding of generative AI methodologies such as RAG, fine-tuning, agents, and reasoning workflows.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), data science, Kubernetes, or frontend development is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent, at least C1) for working in international teams.
