Junior Customer Support Engineer

MGID is a global native advertising platform. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will provide high-level technical support for the MGID system, handling issues via chat and email, debugging integrations, and running database queries.

• Technical support via chat and email
• Investigating and solving issues related to different products
• Debug and troubleshooting integrations
• Preparing and running queries in DB
• Widgets Design

• Linux shell
• MySQL
• Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc.)
• HTML5/CSS3/JS
• RestAPI
• Intermediate+ English level
• Native Ukrainian
• Any programming language (plus)
