Full Stack Software Engineer

North Capital is a fintech company building private capital markets infrastructure. They are seeking a full-stack engineer to work on their core APIs, trading systems, and investor platforms, owning features end-to-end across the stack.

• Own features end to end across the stack, from scoping and design through testing, deployment, and production support
• Continue to modernize a mature platform by improving code quality, test coverage, infrastructure, and security
• Write clean, well-tested code where correctness and auditability matter, including money movement and compliance workflows
• Review code and uphold high engineering standards across the team
• Work closely with stakeholders and other engineers to turn business needs into effective technical designs

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least three years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and the versatility to work in others
• A commitment to delivering the highest-priority work, validated by thorough testing
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
• Fluency with Git, including branching, rebasing, and merging
• A strong affinity for the Unix shell and command-line tools
• Experience working effectively with AI coding harnesses
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
