Strong Junior / Middle Fullstack Developer (React / Node.js)

ITLead is hiring a Strong Junior / Middle Fullstack Developer for a client from Israel that builds a biometric identification platform. The team develops frontend libraries and backend services that work with biometric data and manage access levels inside client applications. The domain is regulated, so security, data access and code quality are taken seriously here. You will work across the whole product, frontend and backend alike, on React, Next.js, Node.js (NestJS) and TypeScript, use AI tools as part of everyday development, and gradually take on more ownership of architectural decisions. The role suits someone who wants to grow specifically as a Fullstack Engineer. You can work from Kyiv or fully remote.

• Build fullstack features with React / Next.js on the frontend and Node.js / TypeScript on the backend
• Create reusable React components, TypeScript packages and backend modules
• Design APIs and the integration between frontend and backend
• Work with client-side state management and server-side business logic
• Write clean, type-safe TypeScript
• Implement roles, permissions and different levels of access to data
• Cover code with unit and integration tests
• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions
• Use AI tools actively in day-to-day development
• Gradually take on more responsibility for architectural decisions

• Strong Junior or Middle level
• Solid commercial experience with React
• Experience with Node.js (NestJS)
• Confident TypeScript
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture; GraphQL is a plus
• Experience with Next.js is a big plus
• The habit of writing code that is easy to maintain later, not just code that works

• Salary of $3,000 - $4,000 per month
