Workeron.ai is an AI startup aiming to create digital employees (AI agents) that handle routine tasks in business. The role involves creating AI agents closely with product owners in a strong team dedicated to innovating in the AI industry.

• Quick creation of MVP AI agents
• Working with agent graphs (LangGraph)
• Orchestration of background tasks (later, Temporal)
• Maintaining strict modularity of the monolith
• Interacting with LLMs and vector databases

• Senior Backend/Python
• Excellent knowledge of FastAPI and PostgreSQL
• Understanding of strict modular architecture
• Experience in developing multi-agent systems using LangGraph

• Salary range: $4,000 - $6,000 per month
