Senior Shopify Custom Theme Developer

The Remobile Group is a leader in the consumer electronics market, operating several successful e-commerce brands across Europe. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shopify Custom Theme Developer to join our dynamic team, responsible for building and optimizing custom Shopify themes.

• Lead the end-to-end development of custom Shopify themes using the latest technologies and best practices
• Architect and build reusable, high-quality code and libraries for future use
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to translate design mockups into fully functional e-commerce solutions
• Rigorously optimize storefronts for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Integrate third-party services and Shopify apps, and develop custom solutions via Shopify APIs
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging across all major devices and browsers
• Stay current with the latest trends in the Shopify platform and e-commerce technology
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Shopify best practices

• 5+ years of proven experience in Shopify theme development
• Expert-level proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with frameworks like Vue.js or React is a significant plus
• Deep understanding of Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture
• Demonstrable experience using Shopify CLI, Git, and modern front-end development workflows
• Strong portfolio including high-traffic, conversion-optimized Shopify or Shopify Plus stores
• Expertise in performance optimization
• Experience with Shopify APIs (Storefront, Admin) and integrating custom applications
