System, Infrastructure Engineer (High-End Engineering Project)

We create complex technological products where every millimeter in the CAD model matters. We need an architect and guardian of our digital ecosystem — a person who will ensure the uninterrupted work of engineers and protect the company's intellectual property.

• Architectural support for creators: Supporting and optimizing server capacities for working with 'heavy' software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino).
• Data Integrity: Building a reliable storage and backup system (NAS/SAN).
• Networking: Setting up stable and secure Remote Access (VPN) for the team, managing network topology based on MikroTik/Cisco.
• Scale Up: The ability to deploy infrastructure 'from scratch' for new workshops or offices.
• IoT & Telemetry: Setting up data collection from test stands.

• 3 years of experience in system administration of complex networks.
• Mastery of Windows Server (AD, GPO) and knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Confident skills in working with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, and experience in configuring VPN gateways for remote work.
• Knowledge of how working with databases differs from working with large SolidWorks files over a network.
