Senior Python Backend, AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend / AI Engineer who not only writes code but creates ready-made products. We need someone capable of taking responsibility for the entire development path—from designing architecture to deploying AI solutions in production.

• Designing and developing backend architecture for AI solutions.
• Creating and implementing AI products, integrating LLM into business processes.
• Making technical decisions by taking into account the product and business context.
• Full cycle implementation of functionality: from technical design to release.
• Ensuring the scalability and stability of systems.

• 4+ years of experience in Python backend development, AI engineering, or related fields.
• Practical experience with LLM, RAG systems, and modern AI workflows.
• Experience in creating and launching AI products or MVPs in a real business context.
• Deep knowledge of Python, experience with APIs, microservices, databases, queues, and production infrastructure.
• Ability to design scalable architecture for complex AI products.
• Ability to take responsibility for delivery and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Working level English (reading documentation, communication).
