Junior Mobile UX/UI Designer (ASO)

UPSTARS is a product IT company focused on technological solutions and B2B services for international clients, particularly in the iGaming sector. They are seeking a Junior Mobile UX/UI Designer for various design tasks related to mobile applications.

• Develop full visual design for mobile applications for App Store and Google Play according to technical specifications.
• Create all project graphic materials: icons, screenshots, banners, video promos, and other marketing elements for stores.
• Design and layout of internal application screens including Splash Screen, Onboarding, main menu, and additional screens as required by the project.
• Develop unique design concepts considering the brand style, product niche, and current iGaming market trends.
• Prepare multiple variants of visual solutions and quickly refine materials during the project.
• Actively use AI tools for generating graphics, illustrations, characters, videos, and other visual materials to enhance work efficiency.
• Research and implement new AI services, resources, and approaches that allow for automation and acceleration of design processes.
• Monitor trends in iGaming, ASO, and mobile design to implement current visual solutions into projects.
• Participate in improving internal team processes, developing templates, resource libraries, and other tools for scaling design production.
• Ensure a high speed of task execution and timely preparation of projects within tight deadlines (1-2 working days per project).
• Quality control of final materials before submission for publication.

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in graphic, ASO, or mobile design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding design principles for App Store and Google Play.
• Experience creating full visual designs for mobile applications, including icons, screenshots, banners, internal screens, and promotional materials.
• Ability to work in various styles and quickly adapt to project requirements.
• Practical experience using AI tools for creating graphics, videos, and optimizing design processes.
• Understanding modern trends in iGaming, Mobile and ASO design.
• Skills in referencing, competitor analysis, and building strong visual concepts.
• High speed of work and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio with relevant projects.
