Magnolia / CoreMedia Developer (m/w/d)

creatision is a digital agency specializing in the development of modern enterprise solutions, focusing on CoreMedia and Magnolia projects. They are looking for an experienced expert to consult and implement technical solutions for exciting and future-oriented projects.

• Advising clients on technical solutions and strategies.
• Guiding developers and coordinating smaller development projects.
• Designing architectures and conceptualizing implementations.
• Developing modern, dynamic web applications based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS, or web applications utilizing AI technologies.
• Implementing backend logic using Java and Spring.
• Front-end implementation with React and Next.js.
• Integrating backend services with REST / GraphQL.
• Conducting code reviews and quality checks.
• Applying agile processes and methods.
• Guiding and transferring know-how to colleagues.

• Proven ability to professionally and fairly advise clients to realize successful projects together.
• Clear, open, and appreciative communication.
• General interest in leadership and coordination of people.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating development projects, ideally as a Tech Lead or Architect.
• At least 5 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
• Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
• Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia, optionally expert in web application development with Java.
• Use of artificial intelligence for consulting and development as part of client solutions.
• Solid experience in applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context.
• Deep knowledge in software architectures.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, CI/CD).
