Middle Data Analyst

EVO is seeking a Middle Data Analyst to develop merchant analytics on their marketplace. The analyst will work on ad-hoc research, build reports and dashboards, and transform data into actionable insights. This role involves analyzing seller performance metrics and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• Analyze seller behavior and performance metrics on the marketplace
• Execute ad-hoc analytical requests from product, marketing, and commercial teams
• Help assess the effectiveness of changes, campaigns, and new initiatives
• Develop merchant analytics and improve data handling practices
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data displays
• Work on research tasks and identify patterns impacting business decisions
• Communicate with internal clients to clarify needs and propose relevant analytical solutions

• 2+ years of commercial experience in data analytics
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large data sets
• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Google Spreadsheets or BI systems
• Basic knowledge of Python for analytical or automation tasks
• Understanding of statistics and ability to apply them to practical tasks
• Ability to concisely and clearly formulate conclusions based on data
• Communication skills with business clients to understand needs and propose solutions
• Interest in product, business metrics, and an eagerness to understand influencing factors on results
• Proactivity, independence, and willingness to dive into new tasks
