• Help clients understand, plan, and implement complex software projects.
• Work with Product Owners and UIX experts on high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in agile software development with daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Take responsibility in self-organized project teams.
• Communicate openly and honestly with clients.
• Provide constructive criticism and accept feedback.

• Completed studies in Computer Science or a comparable educational background.
• Solid knowledge in frontend programming, e.g. with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular, React.
• Experience in backend development, e.g. in Node.JS, C#, .NET, PHP with Symfony/Laravel.
• Commitment to high quality including unit tests, code reviews, clean code, and refactoring.
• Ability to implement modern, responsive, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Willingness to continually develop through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, etc.
• Fluent in German at least at B2 level and English.
• Willing to work at least 2 days a week in the office.
