Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d)

About this roleWe are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (f/m/x) with a strong frontend foundation to join our growing team. You'll be primarily working in React/TypeScript on internal-facing applications that are vital to empowering our teams.

• Design and develop features that deliver real-world value.

• Make informed trade-offs across technical complexity, ROI, user impact, and time-to-market.
• Deliver outcomes that impact product and business metrics, not just technical outputs.
• Contribute to team culture by sharing knowledge and raising engineering standards.
• Advocate for clarity when the 'why' is unclear, keeping the team focused on the most valuable problems.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 4+ years of development experience with a strong emphasis on React and TypeScript.
• Backend exposure in a strongly typed language (Go, Java, .NET, PHP, or similar).
• Proven ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and deliver in ambiguous environments.
• Knowledge of APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Strong engineering skills with an analytical mindset and product awareness.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
