AI-native Product Engineer (w/m/d)

At Instaffo GmbH, we are developing innovative mobile games with the help of AI tools that shape our game development. We seek a proactive AI-native Product Engineer to understand market needs and develop features fullstack from frontend to backend, while utilizing AI agents and maintaining high-quality code and system architectures.

• Understand the market environment, strategy, and customer needs
• Develop features for our games fullstack, from idea through frontend and backend to deployment and monitoring
• Translate rough game ideas into technical proposals in collaboration with designers and product managers
• Consistently use AI agents from initial setup to ongoing adaptations
• Design and maintain system architectures that scale to millions of players
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing agent-based software development
• Ability to continuously evaluate new tools and models in your work context
• Several years of experience in developing complex web and cloud-based products
• Proficiency in at least one established programming language at a very high level
• Curiosity to understand the product holistically from the user's perspective
• Strong communication skills in German and English
