Lead Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the development of advanced software solutions for industrial automation. You will take technical lead over complex projects, closely collaborating with clients to optimize their production processes.

• Lead software development projects for industrial automation and production ICT
• Design and develop control systems for complex production lines and machines
• Program PLC systems, SCADA applications, and MES solutions
• Coach and guide a team of software engineers and junior developers
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Analyze production processes and translate them into efficient software solutions
• Implement data analysis tools and dashboards for production optimization
• Monitor software quality, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices
• Contribute to innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of electrical engineers and automation specialists

• 6 to 10 years of experience in software engineering within industrial automation
• Deep knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, or similar)
• Experience with SCADA systems, MES solutions, and production ICT architectures
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in both spoken and written form
• Hands-on mentality and ability to devise pragmatic solutions

• Excellent gross monthly salary between €4100 and €6300, depending on experience and expertise
